A place to share memories, stories, thoughts and pictures about Bowerchalke Cricket Club in Wiltshire which ceased playing in the early 1970s. There are plans for cricket to return to the village with the Chalke Valley Cricket Club hoping to move to their new ground sometime in the near future. On Monday 24th September at an EGM the steering group of WilCAP made the decision to dissolve the partnership. A vote in favour was carried and the CAP wound up with immediate effect. Many of the Steering Group members are heavily involved with other community organisations on a voluntary basis including Parish Councils, Community Shops and the EcoPark and felt they did not have time to commit to the CAP.
